The tutorial uses a Standalone Project, so no repository is needed; what you learn applies to Connected Projects too (Connected quick start). Concepts explains its words: Organization, Project, Space, Result, Suite and case.
📄️ Publish Results
This step publishes automated test results by hand, into the main Space of the tutorial Project.
📄️ Write & Run a Spec
This step writes a Manual test spec and runs it, all in Testspace, in the main Space. No repository or local files are needed.

The main Space now has two Results the Current tab.
📄️ Reference an Issue
This step links a failing case to an issue that already exists in your bug tracker.
📄️ Test Sessions
So far each run has been ad hoc, outside any formal Test Session. A Test Session is a set of specs run together for one purpose, such as testing a build. Each session is a Result in the Space.
