Enterprise Admin Users

For Enterprise accounts, one or more users can now be assigned as an Enterprise Admin. An Enterprise Admin is provided a detailed management console at enterprise.NAME.testspace.com, listing pertinent information for all of the subdomains existing in the account.

To request a user(s) to be assigned as an Enterprise Admin contact us.

There are two tabs presented: organizations and users.

Organizations

Each of the columns is sortable along with the ability to Search .. the Name and Owner columns.

The following options via the hamburger menu are available:

  • Edit - change name, subdomain, description, retention policy, and notification policy
  • Delete - removes the organization. Warning all content will be deleted.

Retention Policy

Each organization created is given a default retention policy. The retention policy defines how long content is maintained.

Retention Policy

  • Result Content
    • days to keep results
    • minimum to keep available
  • Activities Tracking
    • days to keep content available in the activity tabs
  • Inactive spaces
    • days to keep in inactive space
    • minimum number of spaces to maintain, independent of being inactive

Notification Policy

The default notification policy can be configured and applied to newly created projects.
